Nursery Information

Nursery Information

Our Nursery class has places for children 2 years of age and older.

2 year old places are for the morning session only (8:45-11:45am).

Children 3 and above may stay for full days.

 

If you would like to look at the Nursery or book a place for your child, please contact school to make an appointment to meet the headteacher on 01704 227323.

Rates of pay for Nursery Sessions

For 2 year olds the 3 hour session, 8:45am-11:45am is £17.50

 

For 3 year olds the 3 hour session, 8:45am-11:45am or 12:15pm-3:15pm, is £16.00 (£32.00 for 8:45am-3:15pm)

 

If a 3 year old stays for dinner you will need to provide them with a packed lunch or alternatively pay an additional £2.20 for a school dinner.

 

Before and After school Club is currently only provided for school aged children (aged 4-11)

 

To find out whether your child is entitled to either 15 or 30 free hours childcare you can fill in an eligibility check form on https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk/

All children receive 15 hours free funding the term after their 3rd birthday and dependant on household income some families will be entitled to 30 hours. Please see the dates below set by the Department of Education.

A child born between:                         is eligible for a free place from:

1 April and 31 August                         1 September following their third birthday

1 September and 31 December        1 January following their third birthday

1 January and 31 March                     1 April following their third birthday

Eligible working families of 2 year old children may also be entitled to 15 free hours of childcare. Visit https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk/ for more information.
